Refund policy
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Once your return is approved, items must be sent back within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@layaskincare.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products unless they are faulty.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
